Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Create, lead, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Branding & Content Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of our branding strategy, ensuring consistent representation across all platforms.
- Manage content creation, including working with freelancers to produce video content for platforms like YouTube and Vimeo.
- Collaborate with the SEO agency to ensure top search engine rankings through effective on-page and off-page optimization.
- Oversee blogging and content creation for our website to engage and convert visitors.
Social Media & Community Management:
- Manage our social media presence, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to build and engage with our community.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen brand advocacy.
Email Marketing & Direct Mailing:
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage segmented customer lists and drive sales.
- Manage direct mailing campaigns for specific customer segments, ensuring impactful and timely delivery.
Trade Shows & Event Marketing:
- Plan and manage participation in trade shows across the USA, developing strategies to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.
- Oversee event logistics, including booth design and promotional materials.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, freelancers, and agencies, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on research insights and evolving market dynamics.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing impact.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional strategies.
- A background in high-value products, particularly within the luxury industry, real estate, fashion, jewelry, architecture or interior design or related sectors.
- Experience in managing SEO, social media, and content creation teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Passion for brand building and customer engagement.
