E-Tendering: Manage e-tendering processes on portals like GEM and CPP.
Client Interaction: Address inquiries from clients regarding tenders and submissions.
Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to support business operations.
Proposal Review: Assess proposals for cost efficiency and risk, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Presentation Development: Create professional presentations for tender submissions, adhering to tender guidelines.
Deadline Management: Ensure timely submission of all tenders and monitor submission statuses.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience of 3-5 years in tender management, preferably in the Facility Management - Custom Bids industry.
Proficiency in handling e-tendering portals such as GEM and CPP.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to grammar and punctuation.
Ability to manage tight deadlines, coordinate multiple tasks, and make critical decisions.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
