Purchase Sr Executive / Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other services.

2. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Negotiate prices, lead times, and other terms with suppliers.

4. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.

5. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

6. Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier performance.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics.

8. Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize procurement processes.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in a pharmaceutical or chemical company.

3. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement software.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Certification in procurement or supply chain management (ERP - TCSION).

2. Experience with ERP systems (ERP - TCSION).

3. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or chemical industry regulations and standards.
