Stores Executive / Manager

The Stores Executive / Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials in the store/warehouse. This role ensures that products are stored properly, inventory records are accurate, and goods are dispatched efficiently. The Stores Executive / Manager will manage daily operations, maintain stock levels, and collaborate with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management : Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and locations.
• Stock Control : Implement inventory control procedures to track stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring stock accuracy through regular audits and stocktaking.
• Storage Organization : Manage the layout of the warehouse/store to ensure efficient storage, easy access, and safety.
• Order Fulfillment : Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to internal teams or external clients.
• Team Management : Supervise, train, and develop warehouse/store staff. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high productivity.
• Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring that safety equipment is available and functioning.
• Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate records for stock levels, materials received, and dispatched, and generate reports for senior management.
• Vendor Coordination : Communicate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and receipt of materials.
