Provide legal advice on potential tax disputes and suggest strategies for minimizing litigation risks. Coordinate with legal teams for the preparation of appeals, objections, and written submissions related to GST cases. Analyze, monitor, and resolve tax-related issues, ensuring that disputes are resolved efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
Stay updated on case law and judicial rulings affecting GST, providing insight and guidance on possible impacts.
Advisory & Strategy: Provide strategic tax planning advice for business units, ensuring that all transactions are structured in a tax-efficient manner. Conduct periodic reviews of business activities to ensure compliance and identify any potential tax risks.
Provide insights and recommendations on GST impact for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
