Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to potential clients.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and tailor solutions for prospective clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Understand clients business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups and client reviews to nurture relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance client engagement and retention.
