Role Description

As part of the Associate, Program Management profile, you would be taking care of various activities that lead to a gold-standard experience for students while theyre undergoing different selection processes to kickstart their careers in the industry. Youd be their point of contact throughout their placement journey and would be talking to them, helping them, supporting them, motivating them, and will be their constant companion until they achieve their dream role :)

Primary Responsibilities will include:

Placement Operations

• Running end-to-end placement processes of specific companies for our students
• Planning activities and resources for the upcoming placements season for both, the students and the recruiters
• Communicating effectively with recruiters and students actively to ensure flawless process execution
• Ensuring students receive all placement-related information and guidance in time and in-full
• Understanding and solving their queries quickly by liaising with different stakeholders, both internal and external
• Keeping a close watch on the placement processes to further enhance the experience for both, the students and the recruiters

Process Optimization

While working with a large set of students, student experience becomes a function of the processes designed to deliver it and so, youll be:

• Discovering ways to improve efficiency in our daily processes in order to enhance student experience.
• Utilizing an array of tools, softwares, and platforms to automate processes in order to minimize human intervention and ensuring a flawless and effortless delivery of our placement cycles.
• Facilitating seamless collaboration with the product team to introduce innovative platform features and enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• 0-2 years of prior experience in process management, relationship building, operations, or similar roles (Were not fussed about the exact years of experience, as thats just a proxy for your skill level.)
• Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing
• A structured approach to problem-solving, that involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to a solution
• High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day-to-day basis
• Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with stakeholders, understand & solve their queries
• A knack for getting things done
• Attention to detail - Spotting issues that could cause errors and delays, and affect quality, preferably before they snowball

Recruitment Process:

As a small team, its imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 8 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules, and will be a mix of online and in-person interactions.

1. Skill Assessment Task: This will be a task that assesses you on some of the core skills you’ll need to succeed in this role.
2. Technical conversation: This will be a call with our current Program Management team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on the competencies needed for the job (mentioned above).
3. Culture fit conversation: This will be a conversation with one of our founders to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode.
4. Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer that will mention the relevant details.

Compensation

You can expect a job offer of 4 LPA, all fixed
