- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to explore various campaigns in Kosha
- Basic understanding of SEM (search engine marketing) and PPC (pay-per-click) advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Campaign setup and management: Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, including creating ad groups, writing compelling ad copy, and selecting relevant keywords.
- Keyword research and analysis: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords for the campaign and analyze their performance.
- Budget management: Allocating budget for different ad campaigns and ensuring that spend is optimized for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Performance monitoring and optimization: Regularly monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to improve campaign performance, such as adjusting bids, keywords, or ad copy.
- Reporting: Preparing and delivering regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments: Staying informed about new developments and updates in the world of Google Ads and digital advertising, and using this knowledge to drive campaign performance
