Job Description

Konverge Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for Desktop Support engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responding to client support requests.
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Traveling to the clients location or connecting via a remote link.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Completing job reports and ordering supplies.

Company HR Not taken responsibility for any requirement document for ex. insurance policy, experience letter. Reporting manager attitude level is very high. Don't given promotion for client side engineer. HR head language very rude. No job security given company if you work on company client location.
