IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Implementation, SAP Support, System Administration, Operating Systems, Database Management, integrated IT infrastructure, and Software Development Support. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and delivering efficient IT solutions to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive SAP Support to ensure seamless system performance and troubleshooting.
• Must have experience in SAP implementation, including system configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support across various SAP modules.
• Perform day-to-day System Administration tasks, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage and support various Operating Systems (Windows), ensuring stability and security.
• Proactively monitor and maintain the integrated IT infrastructure, preventing disruptions and ensuring business continuity.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Offer Software Development Support by assisting developers with system requirements, deployment issues, and other technical needs.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues promptly, and prevent potential disruptions.
• Handle end-user requests and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of IT with business goals.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and support guidelines.
• Ensure security and compliance across all systems and applications.

Competency Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT Support with a focus on SAP Implementation and System Administration.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Support and understanding of software development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) are a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Kanchipuram location.
