E Commerce Executive

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the companys e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Myntra, and company website).

2. Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.

3. Coordinate with the product team to manage inventory, ensuring that all products are available for purchase.

4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory.

5. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and PPC.

6. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve products and services.

8. Analyze sales data, website traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

9. Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

10. Ensure the e-commerce website is functioning correctly and efficiently.

11. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

12. Create and manage content for product descriptions, blogs, and other online materials.

14. Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.

15. Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and customer retention.

16. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.

17. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.

18. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business success.
