Analyst Fixed Income

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct bond portfolio evaluation for existing & prospective clients
• Build fixed income portfolios for existing & prospective clients using tools & databases
• Prepare client portfolio proposals & pitch presentations for prospective bond ideas
• Assist in client bond portfolio monitoring & rebalancing
• Co-ordinate with Client Servicing team & Trading/Operations team for client fixed income trade executions
• Credit Analysis of companies using suitable tools
• Analysis, updation & maintenance of marketing material, portfolio companies data
• Coordinate with Third-party brokers to arrange deals
• Manage fund liquidity and ensure availablity of sufficient cash for payouts and fees
• Build & execute fixed income trading & investment strategies using suitable tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years- experience in in areas relevant to the responsibilities as above; preferably from BFSI sector.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with Macros (VBA) for automation and data analysis.
• CFA (All levels Cleared) or CA or MBA (Finance/Investments)
• Self-driven, motivated & strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex analytical problems
