The HR Executive will be an essential member of the HR team, contributing to the firm s success by focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, HR operations, and learning development. Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and/or learning development.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Support the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the firm.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing strategies and relationship management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire orientation and facilitating a smooth transition into the firm.
Employee Engagement
Plan and implement employee engagement programs and activities including formation of an engagement committee to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Coordinate initiatives such as employee surveys, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
Analyse engagement data, recommend strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Develop recognition programs aligned with company values and act as a key contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
Establish an annual employee engagement calendar in consultation with the employee engagement committee and conduct activities and events per the calendar.
HR Operations Support
Provide support across HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Research and contribute towards developing and implementing organizational policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Learning Development:
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and analyse skill gaps.
Assist in designing, developing, and updating training modules, materials, and programs.
Track training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Manage logistics for internal workshops and development programs.
Data Reporting:
Track and report key HR metrics related to recruitment, employee engagement and training participation.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement in HR programs.
