Overview:

Kinexin Convention Management Pvt. Ltd. (KINEXIN) is the official venue operator for the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) located in Dwarka Sector 25, New Delhi. The IICC is a premier venue being built in two phases, with Phase I comprising Exhibition Halls, Convention Centre, and Outdoor Exhibition Areas. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of these facilities.


Position : Management Trainee - Hall & Room Operations ( Contractual )


As a management trainee for Hall & Room Operations at Yashobhoomi Dwarka Delhi, your role would likely involve a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth and hassle free execution of the events in the venue (operation and maintenance). Here are some key aspects you might focus on:


Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight:

- Ensure the proper execution of event with hassle free functioning of all infra. Inside halls and rooms.

- Monitor daily operations to guarantee orderliness, and readiness of venue for events.

2. Event Coordination:

- Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, meetings, and

exhibitions.

- Coordinate with event organizers and ensure their requirements are met.

3. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional service to guests and event participants.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4. Staff Management:

- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation.

5. Logistics and Inventory:

- Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment needed for hall and room operations.

- Ensure timely procurement and maintenance of equipment.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.

- Conduct regular inspections and address any safety or maintenance issues.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain records of daily operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.

- Prepare reports for management review.
