As part of this journey, we are launching a flagship event property at Khyaal
We seek a driven and experienced professional to develop and scale this event property while securing sponsorships that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Event Property Development
Conceptualize and execute large-scale events
Plan and manage regional talent screenings, auditions, and grand finale events across India.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (venue and event vendors) to ensure seamless execution.
Create a roadmap to scale the event property, ensuring it becomes an annual marquee event.
Sponsorship Sales & Partnerships
Identify and pitch to potential sponsors, securing partnerships that align with the event property's vision.
Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to brand's needs.
Build long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, government bodies, and NGOs to ensure sustained funding and collaboration.
Meet or exceed sponsorship sales targets for each event cycle.

Marketing & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns for event promotions and sponsor visibility.
Work with PR and media teams to ensure coverage and maximize outreach.
Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring deliverables and visibility commitments are met.
Budgeting & Reporting
Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
Track and report event performance and sponsorship revenue to leadership regularly.

Key Requirements
Experience
5+ years of proven experience in building event properties and selling sponsorships.
A successful track record of managing events end-to-end and securing high-value sponsorship deals.
Skills
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of event planning, execution, and brand marketing dynamics.
Personal Attributes
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative event concepts.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior executives and sponsors.
Results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred
Experience in conceptualizing or managing events targeting niche communities or specific demographics (e.g., seniors, women, youth).
Existing network within corporate sponsorship and marketing domains.
