Programmatic Analyst, Programmatic Activation Analytics

The Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team at Zeta Global provides full reporting, actionable audience insights and campaign strategy support to both external customers and internal teams. While working with external customers, our analysts partner with the Zeta Sales and Customer Success teams to monitor Zeta s optimization platform, design Real-time Brand Optimization surveys and deliver actionable insight presentations for all Programmatic clients. Liaising with internal teams, our Analysts provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on Zeta s optimization platform, task automation and A.I. model features to advance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of programmatic campaigns and to help drive overall company revenue goals.

As an Analyst, you ll be responsible for a number of tasks, including (but not limited to) setting up Zeta surveys, assist in monitoring survey performance, building Tableau dashboards to showcase campaign audience and performance insights and help drive campaign performance. You ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimization, and/or online A/B testing strategy.
