Assistant Vice President - Marketing & Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and real estate portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key audiences.
- Create and execute marketing plans for new property developments, commercial spaces, and residential projects.
- Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs to measure campaign success.
Brand Management & Positioning:
- Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and client communications.
- Lead efforts to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the real estate market.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Optimize the company website and digital presence for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Design and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with sales goals and conversion efforts.
- Develop campaigns to promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and other client engagement activities.
Content Development & Management:
- Oversee content creation including brochures, property descriptions, promotional videos, and blog posts.
- Manage external content producers and marketing agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure all content is tailored to target audiences and conveys the value proposition of each property.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Perform regular market research and analyze data to understand market demand, trends, and client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other analytics platforms.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on budget performance, ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Events & Networking:
- Plan and execute promotional events such as property tours, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Develop partnerships with other industry professionals and organizations to increase the company's visibility.
- Represent the company at real estate expos, trade shows, and relevant events to build and maintain a network of contacts.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or business strategy, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and external vendors or agencies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
