Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Merchant Banking team in the AIF vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Due Diligence, preparation of documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory norms.

- Ensure smooth execution of processes within the vertical.

- Working Experience in Merchant Banking

- Knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds, Regulatory norms of SEBI, etc.

- Familiarity with processes relating to Due Diligence, documentation and compliances

- Proactive individual who have analytical skills

- Good command over MS Office

- Good communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) / LLB (Bachelor of Laws).

Skills & Requirements:

- Familiarity with Due Diligence, documentation, and compliance processes.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and insights.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
