Middle level QA

Responsibilities

• e-commerce, healthcare, and SaaS-based application requirements.
• Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of our software solutions, with a focus on applications in the e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS domains.
• Collaborate with the development team to establish and implement testing strategies and best practices specific to the e-commerce, healthcare, and SaaS-based application requirements.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into test cases and test plans, tailored to the unique needs of e-commerce platforms, healthcare solutions, or SaaS products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Execute regression testing to guarantee the stability of the software across various application areas, including e-commerce transactions, healthcare data flows, or SaaS-based services.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of the QA role within the organization, ensuring quality standards across all relevant domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA analyst or a similar role in the Information Technology and Services industry, with a strong focus on e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes relevant to the specified domains.
• Experience in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
• Experience with performance testing tools and security testing is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Information Technology and Services industry, specifically related to e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS applications, is preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C# is a plus.
