Key Account Manager- E Commerce

Role & responsibilities

• Maximizing the revenue and margin from products through online Channel sales and achieve day-to-day and monthly revenue targets
• End to end management of ecommerce sales channels Marketplace and Brand Website.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
• Overseeing product catalogue, on-orders, initial shipping and receiving product tracking, and following-up on all problems on a timely basis
• Assisting with management of online metrics and making recommendations for continue improvement and optimization.
• Analyzing sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
• Doing Competitor Analysis, Monitoring marketplace products, and pricing; leveraging internal and external data sources to identify gaps/ opportunities.
• Driving development in the strategic business planning, budgeting, and sales strategy approach
• Develop customer segmentation and drive marketing plans to grow different segments through customer lifecycle of acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
• C2S management - Margin/Promo Management to ensure profitability across products
• Manage and maintain existing business partnerships efficiently.
• •Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities pertaining to the website and preparing insights report basis these.
• Identify, monitor and analyze, the systems currently being used and those that can be used to improve overall functioning of operations.
• Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
• Active interaction with management and core team with regards to seamless functioning of end-to-end processes in managing brand websites

Preferred candidate profile

Only Candidates with prior experience and success managing large product portfolios on Amazon , Flipcart, Myntra and related E-Commerce sites will be considered.
