Job Description
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic B.Tech/B.E graduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) to join our SHM department. Freshers with a passion for structural health monitoring are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance:
* Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of SHM equipment and sensors on various structures.
* Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment as needed. - Data Collection and Analysis:
* Collect and analyze data from SHM systems to assess the health and performance of structures.
* Prepare reports and summaries of findings for review by senior engineers. - Field Work:
* Travel to project sites across India for on-site monitoring and assessment tasks.
* Perform hands-on work in diverse environmental conditions. - Collaboration:
* Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and authorities as required. - Documentation:
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of monitoring activities, data collected, and maintenance performed
* Prepare technical documentation and reports. - Continuous Learning:
* Stay updated with the latest developments in SHM technology and best practices.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- BTech/B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in SHM or related fields is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work at project sites.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SHM techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
- Understanding of structural engineering principles.
