Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Clinical Assistance: Support the Cathlab team during angiograms, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and draping
- Monitor vital signs and assist in post-procedure care
- Equipment Management: Set up and maintain medical equipment used in Cathlab procedures
- Ensure sterility and cleanliness of tools and the lab environment
- Documentation: Assist in recording patient data during and after procedures
- Maintain accurate records of materials used during procedures
- Patient Interaction: Educate patients about the procedures and address their queries under supervision
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Learning & Development: Participate in case discussions and review sessions with the Cathlab team
- Stay updated on the latest developments in interventional cardiology
- Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular systems
- Strong interest in interventional cardiology and patient care
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
