Administrative Support:Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence for the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure information is easily accessible
Communication and Liaison:Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, and board members
Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the CEO
Facilitate communication within the executive team and other departments
Project Management:Assist in managing special projects, initiatives, or events as assigned by the CEO
Conduct research, gather data, and provide information for decision-making purposes
Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
Supporting Leadership Functions:Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to support organizational goals
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them
Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
