Senior MERN Stack Developer (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

2. Collaborate with team members using version control systems and follow best practices for code review, branching, and merging.

3. Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application, and troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

4. Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of the codebase.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

3. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).

4. Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, and frameworks like Express, Fastify.

5. Solid understanding of database design, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ORM libraries.

6. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

7. Experience with microservice architecture, including design, implementation, and deployment of distributed systems, with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.

8. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
