Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales operations and customer interactions
• Assist in creating and updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the company's website and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify)
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in B2C sales and customer service to contribute effectively to team objectives
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Support marketing and sales teams in executing promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proficiency in Advance Excel.
