Key Responsibilities:

3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and mail distribution.
4. Maintain Office Supplies: Ensure that office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary.
5. Support Administrative Team: Provide support to the administrative team, as required.
Requirements:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Experience: 5-6 years of experience in a filing or administrative role in real estate company.
3. Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Age: 40 to 50 years.
