Job Description
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Public Policy or a related field.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in alumni relations, event management, placements or stakeholder engagement preferably in the University education industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MIS (Management Information Systems) tools
- Familiarity with compliance processes, particularly in collaboration with corporate, legal, and finance departments
- Demonstrated experience in designing, planning monitoring and executing high-quality activities and events in collaboration with other institutions/associations
- Careful attention to detail
- Linguistic Proficiency (Gujarati, Marathi Preferrable - in addition to Hindi/English)
- Ability to collaborate with external partners and coordinate with internal teams effectively..
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with interaction skills to deal with a diverse alumni public with widely ranging demographics
