Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Non-Technical Sales

1. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with a passion for sales and customer engagement to join our team as a Non-Technical Sales Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your engineering background to effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products and services to potential clients while focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities:

i. Sales Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Act as a technical liaison between clients and our production team to understand their needs.

ii. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide relevant information to clients.
iii. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.

iv. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.

v. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.

3. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

• Should be conversant with local and export documentation and formalities.
