City Lead - Office Space Leasing (10-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management & Adoption:

- Drive adoption of the technology platform among landlords, brokers, and tenants.

- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform users.

- Collaborate with product teams to enhance platform features based on user feedback.

Commercial Real Estate Transactions:

- Facilitate leasing and sales transactions via the platform.

- Utilize data-driven insights from the platform to identify and close opportunities.

- Ensure seamless execution of real estate deals through technology-enabled workflows.

Market Expansion:

- Develop and implement strategies to grow the platform's presence in the assigned city.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, real estate agencies, and corporate clients.

Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:

- Manage city-level P&L by achieving revenue and profitability goals.

- Optimize operational costs while scaling the platform's reach.

- Generate regular performance reports and key metrics for management.

Team Leadership:

- Hire, train, and lead a city-based team focused on sales, client success, and operations.

- Set team goals and provide mentorship to drive performance and efficiency.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Technology Integration:

- Leverage the platform's data analytics and AI tools to guide decision-making.

- Promote digital transformation in commercial real estate processes.

- Stay updated on emerging proptech trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or technology sales.

- Strong understanding of technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.

- Proven leadership in team management and city-level operations.

- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
