Section Head (Diploma/BE with 3-5 Years)

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality standards (ISO/IATF 16949).

Hands-on experience in handling plastic component assembly processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for production tracking.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Assembly Line Supervisor (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

Supervisor oversees assembly operations for plastic injection parts,

Ensures documentation, planning,

3C5S improvements, calculates OEE, drives quality control, and

Leads continuous improvement efforts

• Production operator

Operating machinery and assembling plastic components on a production line, following established procedures to ensure quality and meet production targets

• SQA Engineer (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

Ensure supplier parts meet quality standards
Conduct audits and inspections
Collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions
Oversee material quality for injection molding & assembly processes

• MET Engineer (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

1. Maintenance Engineer (Only male) C License must

• Sales Engineer (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

1. FG stores/Dispatch Engineer (Only male)

2. Job description (1-5Years) Korean MNC profiles preferred

3. FG Stores activity, Material Management, Material Receipts & Dispatch, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manpower Management, First in First out (FIFO), Team Building & Leadership

• Purchase Engineer (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, plastics, or related field)

Experience in purchasing or procurement, particularly within the plastics industry

Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes like injection molding

Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards related to plastic components

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders

Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, including plastic, rubber components.

Develop strategies for cost reduction through effective supplier quality management.

Source new vendors and negotiate prices to meet budget requirements.

• Stores Engineer (Diploma/BE with 1-5 Years)

Unloading of Materials receiving from various suppliers & checking quantity with Invoice

Arranging of Unloaded Materials in proper storage area FIFO

Basic System knowledge is must

Maintaining 3C 5S at Materials Store

Issuing the Materials to production based on work order

Informing to Sales Department about stock and requirement of Job Work Parts from Customers

Empty bins & Packing material arranging neatly as particular area

MES operating system knowledge is advantage

Making Delivery Challan

Stock taking in every month starting

Maintain stores as per the general standards

• Costing Engineer (CA/BE with 1-5 Years)

1. Based on BOM / Process Flow Costing to be Prepare (Actual and Customer Submission)

2. Good Skills to Nego with Supplier for New Development Subparts Price

3. Good Skills to nego with Customer with Good Profitability.

4. Costing / Process Knowledge in EV items, Plastic, Steel, Rubber preferable

5. Month wise Actual vs. Profit to report Management

6. Cost reduction ideas thru VA /VE

7. Exp 3+
