QA Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, leading a team of QA professionals, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with development teams to design and implement effective testing strategies that include manual, automated, API, load, and performance testing.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for various projects, including manual, automated, API, load, and performance testing.
• Oversee all aspects of the testing process, utilizing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and other frameworks to ensure optimal test coverage.
• Collaborate with development, product, and cross-functional teams to review requirements and deliver valuable insights on quality and performance.
• Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews of testing progress and report on QA metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and QA tools, driving continuous improvement within the QA function.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including API, load, and performance testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Playwright.
• Experience with automated testing tools and performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
