Role & responsibilities:

Job description

• Planning & allocation of resources for daily domestic and export loading & dispatches for multiple units
• Ensure timely dispatches of the domestic & export orders
• Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan against the rolling/Production plan
• Coordination with Transporters for placement of vehicles for domestic dispatches
• Coordination with planners & Logistics (HO) team for container arrangements
• Coordination with production teams for material availability issues
• Established systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
• Monitoring Export Palletisation, export stuffing & associated activities to achieve error-free dispatches
• Initiating and implementing cost savings ideas & productivity enhancement in Commercial
• Enhancement of Export stuffing efficacy.
• Ensuring high engagement of the team, ensuring a great working atmosphere for employees and motivate them through various programmes.
• Ensure compliance as per excise, customs & GST requirements
• Continuously review & analyse changes in the GST rules & explore possibilities to benefit of logistics operations, etc
• Coordination with finance department for timely payments of bills and No Dues from Vendors
• Stores &Purchase Management, Material Control, Store Management, Contract Logistics, Material Receipt, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Purchase Planning

Roles and Responsibilities : To ensure the effective planning and execution in all aspects related to Admin, Commercial of operation activities at the site level; and the representation of the same to the related authorities
