Processing and recording financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and purchase orders. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, including budget variances and cash flow. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other legal requirements. Assisting with audits and preparing audit schedules and reports. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Performing reconciliations of accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
