Key skills for the job
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Java/J2EE applications following best practices and coding standards.
- Create comprehensive documentation for technical specifications, user manuals, and application processes.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues and bugs to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and respond to inquiries related to application functionality and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Must-Have Skills :
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS for front-end development.
- Familiarity with Hibernate for database operations.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Struts Framework and Spring Framework, including Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle database management systems.
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services for application integration.
- Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive web design.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work on multiple projects simultaneously
