- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques across digital and traditional channels.
