Position Overview:
- As the Brand Manager for John Jacobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives, managing brand positioning, and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Your goal will be to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with John Jacobs' business objectives and market positioning.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use insights to inform brand strategy and marketing tactics.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and drive measurable results.
- Brand Positioning: Maintain and enhance brand positioning and messaging to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with product development teams to create and implement successful product launch strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, sales, and PR, to ensure cohesive brand communication and execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to optimize brand initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
