Data Analyst - Industry 4.0 (2-4 yrs)

Data analyst will be responsible for collection, process and analysis of data ensuring organization continues to leverage data driven insights for efficient operations and strategic planning with advanced data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, web scraping, APIs, etc.).

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.

- Use statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, similar.

- Familiarity with SAP modules, KM dashboards, and IoT data sources.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Oversee data integration- IoT devices into centralized systems.

- Prepare and present clear, well-organized reports with actionable recommendations.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models for reporting and analysis.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.

- Continuously improve data processes and suggest ways to streamline data collection and analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

- Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.

- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications is an advantage.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
