About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Sales to join our team and take the lead in developing and expanding our distribution stack. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of retail sales, having worked in this domain for at least five years, and will be responsible for onboarding brands, developing a distribution network, and scaling our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Partner Acquisition:
- Identify and engage potential brand partners to build a robust portfolio.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to bring in brands aligned with our business goals.
Distributor Onboarding & Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors to expand our reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Implement training and development programs for distributors to drive high standards in sales performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the retail distribution landscape.
- Set clear sales targets and goals, providing guidance and support to the sales team to achieve them.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Market Expansion & Distribution Stack Development:
- Drive market expansion initiatives and identify new opportunities for distribution channels.
- Develop a structured distribution framework to streamline product availability and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in supply chain, marketing, and sales operations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate distributor and sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and detailed performance reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, distribution, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of retail sales channels, distribution networks, and brand onboarding.
- Proven track record of expanding sales channels and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing market opportunities.
