HR Intern (Marketing & Hotel Management Support)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team while gaining valuable experience in marketing and hotel management. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain employee records, update databases and generate reports.

2. Assist with social media marketing campaigns, including content creation and community management.

3. Contribute to the development of hotel marketing strategies.

4. Assist with guest relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.

5. Support the coordination of events and meetings.

Additional candidate preferences:

1. Applicants must be residents of Noida or Dehradun. Accommodation and meals will be provided by us.

2. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

3. Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews, CV-building, team-building and field work.

4. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
