Position: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate their potential for partnerships.
- Assess sales options and contribute to our growth strategy.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Take ownership of volume and revenue targets, focusing on acquiring new direct import and export customers, forwarders, and CHA container volume in CFS.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects, offering effective solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients, and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute plans to attract new customers, expand wallet share from existing customers, and increase revenue.
- Regularly engage with customers, understand their requirements, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, assess demand for various products, and stay attuned to market trends.
- Recommend improvements based on insights gathered. Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans that capitalize on market opportunities, aligning with company sales goals and profitability targets.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Utilize insights to drive informed decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices by participating in educational workshops, networking events, and professional societies.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by achieving assigned goals, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Budget and Goal Attainment: Ensure the achievement of budgets and sales goals by implementing effective strategies and closely monitoring performance.
- Business Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for your assigned market, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Leadership and Monitoring: Set individual sales targets within your team and provide guidance and oversight to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Relations: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with customers, continuously striving to deliver exceptional services.
