Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding as well as till the full and final settlement of the employee.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear communication and development opportunities for the employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations as well as legal and government compliances.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- Daily reporting of all employees to management and evaluation of the same
- Health and safety compliances
Qualifications
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR MBA Preferred)
- Proven experience of more than 5 years as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and legal compliances.
