Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation activities, and networking.
Conduct market analysis to identify target markets and competitive landscapes.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Product Management:
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to understand market trends and customer needs.
Analyze market data and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Translate customer requirements into product specifications and roadmaps.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products and features meet market demands.

Sales & Marketing:
Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
Engage in consultative selling approaches to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor customer feedback and proactively address any concerns.

Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analysis to management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
