Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate (3-6 yrs)

Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated senior Java developer with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate, extensive experience in building APIs, and a strong background in system integration and design. The role requires a team player who excels at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Lead the development and maintenance of complex Java applications using the Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.

- API Design and Implementation : Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure APIs, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

- System Integration : Lead efforts to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality across different platforms.

- System Design and Architecture : Design robust and scalable system architectures, including microservices, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and support to help them grow their skills and deliver quality work.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver successful projects.

- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Troubleshooting and Debugging : Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Best Practices : Promote and implement best practices in coding, design, and architecture to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Technical Skills :

- Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.

- Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs.

- Strong understanding of system integration techniques and tools.

- Deep knowledge of system design and architecture principles, including microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in database management and SQL.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
