Job Description

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities :
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to office staff, including executives and managers.
  • Office Organization:
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs, such as photocopiers and printers.
  • Manage office inventory, order supplies, and track expenses.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Arrange and set up conference rooms for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Assist in organizing office events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate catering and logistical details for meetings and events.
  • Team Support:
  • Assist HR in onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Support staff with general inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate cross-functional tasks.


Qualifications / Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles./ Freshers can also apply
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and facilities management.
  • Knowledge of office protocols and etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
