Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you may be involved in as a sales officer trainee : Learning product or service knowledge : You will receive training to understand the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products or services offered by the company. This includes learning about their specifications, applications, and how they meet customer needs. Prospecting and lead generation : You may be involved in identifying potential customers or target markets through various methods such as cold calling, market research, networking, or referrals. You will learn how to generate leads and build a pipeline of potential customers. Sales presentations and demonstrations : You will learn how to effectively present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential customers.
