Jaipur Rugs - Manager - Social Media (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Define and implement strategic marketing and communication activities aligned with our overall marketing plan.

- Lead Generation Champion: Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities to generate high-quality leads that support our sales pipeline.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to effectively promote our offerings.

- Creative Content Development: Develop and execute compelling marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional brochures, to inform and engage clients and prospects.

- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, and utilize insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI (Return on Investment).

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a marketing role.

- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

- Multitasking Master: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, develop clear communication materials, and maintain organized campaign data
