Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Customer Outreach:
    • Call potential customers to explain the benefits and features of the brokerage application.
    • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable plans or services.
    • Maintain a list of prospective clients and follow up on leads regularly.
  2. Customer Support and Query Resolution:
    • Address customer queries related to account creation, app features, or stock market basics.
    • Assist customers in downloading and using the application effectively.
    • Provide accurate information to build customer trust and confidence.
  3. Sales and Target Achievement:
    • Persuade customers to open accounts and start trading using the application.
    • Achieve monthly sales and call targets as assigned by the management.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Record details of each call and update the CRM system with customer data.
    • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or graduate (preferred in commerce or finance).
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience as a telecaller or in sales is an advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of the stock market and trading platforms is desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi].
    • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle rejections.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call logging tools.
