Executive - HR/Commercial

Jaguar Security is hiring for Executive - Commercial with prior work experience in Security industry for Noida, UP.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensured HR compliance with company directives, regulatory concerns, time management, and salary and wages preparation.
• Should process monthly employee payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and other labor laws.
• Maintain and update payroll systems with employee records including salary structure, promotions, and exits.
• Regularly review and monitor company activities to ensure they are in compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Responsible for organizing data, data mining for errors and creating reports

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce- Accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll or similar roles.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in calculations and documentation.
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee data with care and discretion.
• Communication Skills: Explaining payroll details to employees and working with other departments.
• Problem-solving: Addressing discrepancies and issues efficiently.
• MS Excel skills (Basic Formulas- Understanding and using SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, and COUNT functions etc).
