Primary Responsibilities
1. Oversee Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.
2. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop front desk staff to improve performance, productivity, and morale.
4. Revenue Management: Implement revenue-enhancing strategies, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize room revenue.
5. Front Office Administration: Manage front office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Responsibilities
1. Check-in/Check-out: Ensure that guests are checked in and out efficiently, and that all necessary documentation is completed.
2. Room Assignments: Oversee room assignments to ensure that guests are allocated rooms according to their preferences and room type.
3. Key Control: Manage key control procedures to ensure the secure issuance and return of room keys.
4. Guest Services: Coordinate guest services, such as concierge, tour bookings, and transportation arrangements.
5. Telephone and Email: Manage front office communication, including telephone and email inquiries.
