React.js Developer - TypeScript/Javascript (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the development of web application modules using React JS/Next JS and TypeScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Architect efficient and reusable components and libraries for web applications.

- Integrate backend services built with PHP and MySQL into the web application.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in the web application.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering team growth.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Proficiency in state management libraries and patterns.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in React.js and Next.js development.

- Proficiency in Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 5.

- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration with backend services.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux Tool kit and Context

- Proficient in implementing a pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
